We’re thrilled to welcome Michelle Gentry, EFDA, as the newest member of Team Smile! With over 15 years of experience in the dental field, Michelle brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role as a Lead Dental Assistant.
Throughout her career, Michelle has assisted in hundreds of dental procedures, ranging from routine fillings to complex full-mouth reconstructions. Her exceptional patient care skills have been honed through countless hours spent by patients’ sides, providing reassurance and comfort during procedures lasting from one to twelve hours.
Michelle is passionate about helping patients transform their smiles and improve their quality of life. She takes pride in educating and guiding them through every step of their dental journey, ensuring they feel informed and confident. Witnessing the positive impact her work has on patients’ lives is what drives her commitment to excellence.
Before entering the dental field, Michelle spent 10 years with Hallmark Cards, excelling as a Retail Order Processor and in the Cleansing Department. This experience developed her strong organizational and customer service skills, which she seamlessly integrates into her dental career.
Outside of work, Michelle is an avid traveler with a dream of visiting every Caribbean island. When she’s not exploring new destinations, she cherishes quality time with her family and her beloved dog.
