“Patrick Bauer grew up in the Kansas City Northland and brings a background in media production and customer service to TeamSmile. A graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media: Broadcast Production and a focus on videography, Patrick has gained experience working in various industries, from sports and events to hospitality. He’s previously worked with the Kansas City Royals’ Outfield Experience crew, where he discovered a passion for creating memorable experiences for fans, as well as hands-on experience at UPS as a package handler where he learned valuable skills and warehouse management.
Patrick is excited to join TeamSmile as Warehouse Manager, where he looks forward to using his diverse skill set to support the organizations mission of serving youth in need across the country. He believes in the impact that positive experiences can have on young people and is thrilled to work alongside TeamSmile’s partners to expand that impact. Outside of work, Patrick loves to travel, see new places, and explore different cuisines. An avid photographer, he enjoys capturing memories from his adventures and documenting his experiences. In his free time, you’ll often find him watching sports or exploring Kansas City with friends and family.”
