Smile Source
Volunteer with TeamSmile
Time is one of the most precious gifts any person can give. When spent without intention, it slips away—but when offered with purpose, it can transform lives. At TeamSmile, we see this truth every day through the compassionate individuals who choose to share their time with us.
Our programs rely on volunteers—people who open their hearts, share their talents, and give something truly irreplaceable: their time. When someone volunteers with TeamSmile, they’re not just helping at an event; they’re changing lives. They’re providing care, building trust, and giving children in underserved communities the opportunity to smile brighter and live healthier.
The impact of that gift reaches far beyond a single day. A volunteer’s time can shape a child’s future, inspire confidence, and build the foundation for lifelong wellness. Volunteers are the heartbeat of our mission, reminding every child that they are seen, cared for, and deserving of hope.
We are deeply grateful to those who give of themselves in this way. Your time doesn’t just make a difference—it changes the world, one smile at a time.

Building A Future Of Care
Creating Lifelong Smiles Beyond the Stadium
Our mission doesn’t stop after the event ends. Through the TeamSmile Dental Home Project, powered by Sun Life/DentaQuest, we connect at-risk children to long-term dental care providers in their communities. Whether through Medicaid or pro bono services, almost 6,500 children have been paired with local dentists to ensure continued, preventive care that lasts far beyond the stadium gates.
This long-term vision means our work isn’t just about one day of care—it’s about sustained health and lifelong impact.
Launched in partnership with DentaQuest in 2022, the Dental Home Project ensures that underserved children receive not only free dental care at TeamSmile programs—but are also connected with long-term dental care providers in their communities. These ongoing services are offered at little to no cost, and often completely free, helping children build lasting relationships with trusted providers and achieve better oral health outcomes over time.
DentaQuest has been a proud national sponsor of TeamSmile programs since 2018, supporting clinics across the country and advancing a shared mission to close the gap in oral health equity.
