Kaitlin O’Malley is a proud Kansas City native and brings 15 years of nonprofit experience, with an emphasis on Community Development and Public Health. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to strengthening local communities by improving access to vital resources and building partnerships that create lasting impact.

Kaitlin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Memphis, equipping her with a strong foundation in community leadership and outreach. Cherishing her unique time in Memphis, Kaitlin is a quiet but fierce UofM Tigers and Memphis Grizzlies Fan, and loves strolling Beale Street when she has the chance.

For the past three years, she has served as Operations Manager at Cultivate KC, where she led organizational operations and supported initiatives focused on food access programming, urban agriculture and farming advocacy, and building healthy community sustainability in Kansas City. Passionate about connecting communities to essential services, Kaitlin is excited to join TeamSmile and play a meaningful role in creating positive, core educational memories for children through sports!

In her free time Kaitlin can be found soaking up all varieties of live music, and taking walks through the many historic neighborhood gems of Kansas City!
