Jimmy Holmes brings over 30 years of non-profit experience to TeamSmile, with a background spanning program evaluation, data analytics, grant management, operations, and curriculum design. Throughout his career, he has driven impactful initiatives across elementary education, libraries, museums, and supportive housing.  

Jimmy holds a Master’s degree in Educational Research & Psychology and Bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education and Liberal Arts from UMKC, as well as a certificate in Data Analytics.  

Outside of work, his favorite role is that of father and husband. An avid tabletop role-playing game hobbyist, he is passionate about how games can build community and transform lives.
