Todd A. Gray, DDS is a nationally recognized leader in pediatric dentistry and dental benefits management, bringing decades of clinical and executive experience to the TeamSmile Board. He currently serves as Chief Dental Officer and Vice President, Head of Networks at Sun Life, following senior leadership roles with DentaQuest, Teledentistry.com, and LIBERTY Dental Plan, where he oversaw quality management, pediatric programs, and national dental strategy.

Dr. Gray began his career as a practicing pediatric dentist and founded Valley Pediatric Dentistry in Nevada. He has extensive experience providing care for children with complex needs, including full-mouth rehabilitation under general anesthesia, and continues to serve as a dentist and consultant with the Pediatric Dental Initiative in California.

A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, Dr. Gray completed his pediatric dental residency in 2004. He is licensed in Nevada and California and has served in numerous professional and community leadership roles, including appointments by the Governor of Nevada, adjunct faculty at UNLV School of Dental Medicine, and board service for multiple nonprofit organizations dedicated to children’s health and education.
