It includes a DVD and development guide so that you can have a Team
Smile Program in your city.
After reading through the guide, please contact us so that we can review
your request for a program. |

cost? |
Through the generosity of Henry Schein Cares, Colgate,
and the ADA the equipment and supplies
are free.
All you have to do is pick your favorite team and charity and the rest
is left up to your
imagination.
The development guide will give you many ideas for your event. |
| Is there a waiting
list? |
| The amount of programs that can be done per year is
limited so get your request in as soon as possible. |
| Can
I customize my Team Smile Program? |
Yes. Use the Development guide for ideas. But you can
get as creative as you would like to be.
The goal is to treat as many underserved children as possible and reward
them with admission to your
Team’s home game! |

with any Team? |
| No. Right now we suggest a professional franchise or
college venue. |
